Who am I to help you?
I’m not perfect — there are plenty of people way ahead of me in life. But many people are where I was just a year ago: confused, frustrated, and feeling like life is slipping through their fingers.
Those are the people I can help — to get at least to where I am now, and then keep moving forward.
I’m a certified life coach, recovery coach (drugs & alcohol), and Dave Ramsey Solutions financial coach — but the toughest and most valuable lessons have come from life itself. Here are some modules from Life University that I’ve completed:
Business bankruptcy & massive debts - I lost five years of progress after jumping into a real estate project I couldn’t get myself out of. It was costly both financially and emotionally. My business eventually filed for bankruptcy, and I had to cover a huge gap before I finally escaped. There were sleepless nights, panic attacks, and mental breakdowns… fun times.
Multiple job losses - I had to restart my career numerous times — sometimes due to bad luck, and sometimes because, before quitting alcohol, my productivity and focus weren’t where they needed to be. I know what it’s like to lose a job when you least expect it (like when a business is failing and draining your money, right in the middle of a lockdown), pick yourself up, and start again.
Rebuilding health step by step - I was in terrible shape — overweight, hungover most of the time, and completely lacking the energy to make progress in life. It was a cycle of constant starts and stops. I’m still working on it, but I’ve shed 20 pounds and I’m steadily moving in the right direction.
Quitting alcohol & regaining clarity - I can’t put into words how transformative quitting alcohol has been — it’s like being born again with a superpower. If alcohol or other addictions are holding you back, I can both inspire you to make a change and show you the approach that worked for me. You need to feel inspired, believe in the life you’re creating, and let that progress drive you forward. There’s no way I’d risk slipping back into the same cycle and losing the momentum I’ve built.
Starting businesses while working - It’s still in the early stages, but I’m currently building two businesses while working full-time. I know firsthand the realities of finding time and energy, balancing family and obligations, managing major health events, and still making it all work.
Putting a realistic plan forward - I’m a qualified Project Manager (PRINCE2 and MSP (Managing Successful Programmes)) and have worked in business change for years. I’ve always been strong at staying organised, creating plans, and following through — and I now apply these skills in my personal life. I can help others do the same: develop realistic plans and see them through to completion.
Through it all, I learned resilience is the key. I’m not perfect, but I know how to recover, rebuild, and move forward.
My philosophy
We live in a fast, complex world, constantly pulled in a million different directions. It’s easy to drift, get distracted, or lose track of what really matters. My approach is simple — focus on what truly drives progress and overall well-being.
Step 1: Stop sabotaging yourself (physically & mentally) - Quit alcohol, sugar, and other distractions. Nothing else will work until your body and mind are working at their best.
Step 2: Know the direction you’re going - Find your path and know what you want to do in life. Being the most productive person in the world is useless if you’re moving in the wrong direction.
Step 3: Work smart to get there - Life is full of distractions and endless possibilities. People call it “toxic productivity.” Based on both my professional experience as a project manager and personal experience, I know what worked for me: cut the noise, find your pace, and use the tools and systems that help you.
Happiness comes from a balanced life — extremes don’t work. But you can’t be truly happy if you don’t have a purpose. By focusing on what matters and working smart, you’ll automatically be ahead of most people.
