Reclaim The Peace

Reclaim your freedom, purpose, and agency

Get back in the driver’s seat of your life

We all want the same thing in life - to be happy.

Yet, at some point, most of us come to see the gap between the life we wanted and the one we’re living. At that point, we have a choice: to accept things are the way they are … or try to change them. I suggest choosing the latter for three reasons:

  1. You won’t live with regrets because you gave it your best shot.

  2. Pursuing your goals will bring creative joy.

  3. You may actually succeed — partly or entirely.

You need to take your life seriously and have a clear direction. Robert Greene explains this beautifully in the video below.

About me

I may hold certifications as a life coach, recovery coach, and Dave Ramsey financial coach, but the real lessons come from the challenges I’ve faced over the past four decades:

  • Business bankruptcy & massive debts - I lost five years of progress after jumping into a real estate project I couldn’t get myself out of. It was costly both financially and emotionally. My business eventually filed for bankruptcy, and I had to cover a huge gap before I finally escaped. Sleepless nights, panic attacks, mental breakdowns… fun times. It taught me a few lessons about starting and running a business, though.

  • A few job losses - I had to restart my career a few times — sometimes due to bad luck, and sometimes because, before quitting alcohol, my productivity and focus weren’t where they needed to be. I know what it’s like to lose a job when you expect it least (for example, when your business is failing and draining your money, right in the middle of a lockdown), pick yourself up, and start again.

  • Quitting alcohol & regaining clarity and productivity - I can’t put into words how transformative quitting alcohol was — it’s like being born again with a superpower. If alcohol or other addictions are holding you back, I can both inspire you to make a change and show you the framework that worked for me. You need to get inspired, find your path, and let the progress drive you forward. There’s no way I’d risk slipping back into the same cycle and losing the progress and momentum I’ve built.

  • Starting a business while working - It’s still in the early stages, but I’m currently building two businesses while working full-time. I know firsthand the realities of finding time and energy, balancing family and obligations, having a balanced life, and still making it work.

  • Putting a life plan together - I’m a qualified Project Manager (PRINCE2 and MSP) and have worked on change projects for years. I’ve always been good at getting and staying organised, creating plans, and following through — and I now apply these skills in my personal life. I can help others do the same: develop realistic plans and follow them through to completion.

  • Rebuilding my health - I was in terrible shape — overweight, hungover most of the time, and completely lacking energy. It was a cycle of constant restarts and stops. I’m still working on it, but I’ve shed 20 pounds and I’m steadily moving in the right direction.

Through everything, I’ve learned that resilience is essential, and purpose is non-negotiable. I could never settle for less — and Robert Greene captures this brilliantly.

My 3-step approach to getting things done

My approach is simple:

  • Step 1: Stop sabotaging yourself physically and mentally - Quit alcohol, sugar, distractions, and everything that’s holding you back - nothing will stick otherwise.

  • Step 2: Find your life task and path - Being the most productive person in the world is pointless if you’re moving in the wrong direction and neglecting other areas of life. Cal Newport calls this “Deep Life”.

  • Step 3: Have and stick to the plan - Life is full of distractions and endless possibilities. Based on both my professional and personal experience, I know what worked for me and what didn’t. You can use my experience to fast-track your way to a more meaningful life.

Happiness comes from a balanced life — and I can help you to get organised to achieve it.
