Quit Alcohol and Reclaim Your Life
As someone who who sober after decades of drinking, I have two options available to those who want to quit alcohol and start living again:
Sober coach / Quit alcohol coach services
On-demand course with worksheets to help you follow through
Sober coach / Quit alcohol coach
No one will understand your struggles with alcohol better than someone who has actually lived it and managed to escape.
I thankfully never got to the point where my life and health totally collapsed, but I was drinking enough to wake up hungover and shaky every single day. Afraid to drive in the morning, avoiding work calls until the afternoon, the constant loop of trying and failing whatever I would start.
I had big dreams, and I knew I needed to make a choice: to keep drinking and give up on them, or to quit alcohol for good and finally start making progress in life.
I chose the second option, and while I still have a long way to go, I made more progress in the first year than I made in my entire adult life. When you quit drinking, you really win your life back, and areas of life improve automatically. I’ve lost weight, started two businesses, and my finances have improved dramatically. I feel like I was born again and got rid of the millstone around my neck.
Research shows that:
85% relapse within the first year after a rehab (Arms Acres). Note: this is not about detox - it can be fatal - always speak to a medical professional first!
Clinical Treatment Doesn’t Beat Natural Recovery - the study showed that outcomes from clinical treatment were no better than the natural progression of addiction without intervention (George E. Vaillant).
AA and 12 steps - many claim that only 5–8% of participants achieve long-term continuous sobriety
Therapy for substance use is only moderately effective and often isn’t enough on its own (ScienceDirect).
It is up to you to decide what help you want to try, but none of it resonated with me. I wanted someone who has done it themselves, hence I became a Nationally Certified Recovery Coach (NCRC levels 1 and 2) to help others. I created a framework that helped me as getting sober is much more than just stopping drinking - you need to get in a place to make that decision and have a clear step by step plan you can follow. If sober coaching would be too costly to you, Ive created an on-demand course for everyone where I put everything I found effective, so find it below.
Online course - quit drinking
This is a low cost help to everyone who would want to give a try.
At first, the cost was trivial and I realised it affects perception of the course and people dont value it when they dont have any skin in the game. For it to cost at least what a drinker spends on alcohol for a week.
It now costs $299 for a full course and worksheets to help you to follow through, and I have a free course for you to get a feeling what the full course is about.
So give it a try - check out free course - and if you like it, simply buy a full course. If you can afford to drink, you can afford the course, but if you genuinely cant afford it - just let me know, explain your situation and we will sort something out - while charging for the course as the cost if trivial on what you can get from it, I dont want the price to genuinely stop someone from getting sober. so fill in the form.
Our solution is a 2-hour recorded course, available on demand, with clear, practical strategies and confidential access. Supporting templates are included for those who want extra guidance to put steps into action and build a healthier, alcohol-free lifestyle.
How the Course is Structured
This course isn’t just about quitting alcohol — it’s about reshaping how employees see it. The goal is for alcohol to no longer feel like something they’re giving up, but instead to feel like they’re gaining freedom, clarity, and peace. In this course, employees will learn how to:
✔ Create an Escape Plan – A step-by-step system to break free from alcohol without chaos or confusion.
✔ Use ACT Tools – Practical Acceptance and Commitment Therapy strategies to manage cravings, emotions, and unhelpful thoughts.
✔ Build Stoic Resilience – Drawing on Stoic philosophy to stay grounded, focused, and mentally strong.
✔ Shift Their Mindset – Moving from feeling like they should quit to genuinely wanting to.
✔ Apply Practical Steps – Simple, effective tactics for handling real-life challenges and staying on track.
✔ Feel Free, Not Deprived – Building a sober lifestyle that feels enjoyable, not restrictive.
The full course also includes practical worksheets, helping employees put what they learn into practice, stay organised, and move forward with confidence.
The ultimate aim isn’t just sobriety — it’s peace, clarity, and a life employees don’t want to escape from anymore.
