Learn to achieve things and follow through

  1. quit alcohol if it holds you back

  2. become intentional

Its not about toxic productivity and not about burning yourself out

Most of us eventually reach a point where we realise life hasn’t gone the way we expected. You feel it’s now or never—and you’re ready for transformation.

I’m not perfect and I’m still on my journey—but I’m ahead of some people, and I can support them in taking those first steps.

I began to turn things around when I realised I had lost my agency in life and was just going with the flow. Here’s what I focused on:

  • Quitting alcohol – the most important step in regaining control

  • Stoicism – a practical philosophy for resilience and calm

  • Social media, tech, and news addiction – freeing my mind from endless noise and wasted energy

  • Finances – rebuilding after losing jobs and businesses, climbing out of debt

  • Focus and productivity – applying Cal Newport’s principles of Deep Work

My Experience

Some of the challenges I’ve faced and overcome:

  • Business bankruptcy and massive debts

  • Multiple job losses

  • Reclaiming my life from alcohol and gaining clarity

  • Starting businesses while holding down jobs

  • Rebuilding health step by step

Through it all, one truth became clear: resilience is key. I’ve lived through it, and while I’m not perfect, I know how to recover and rebuild.

How I Can Help You

  • Organise your life and identify true priorities

  • Create a lifestyle-centric plan you can actually follow

  • Provide support with addictions

  • Develop a realistic, actionable plan

  • Keep you accountable as you implement it

  • Act as a sounding board for your ideas

What I Offer

  • Life coaching

  • Sober coaching

  • Resilience coaching

  • Stop being people pleaser and live your best life

The Clients I Work Best With

I’m looking for clients who are:

  • Compassionate, but also straight-talking and to the point

  • Not afraid of honesty (no “softy softy” approach)

  • Results-oriented and willing to put in the work

For me, finding the right clients is as important as you finding the right coach. If things don’t work out, either of us can walk away—no hard feelings.

Find your purpose in life

Find your life task:

Depends on level of desire

What other people are doing and what you should be doing - thats your enemy

Quit alcohol - productivity

No motivation

No discipline - crisps and binge watching

Performance - alert, switched on.

Wont help with being with people - grounded and think with clarity

Being sober is a competitive edge

Depressant and affects ability to regulate mood

Ability to regulate emotions under high pressure, regulate emotions

Have way more time - no writeoffs

You find time for more stuff

Productivity

Firstly, my background is project manager and implementation manager.

Deep work and Slow Productivity.

Learn to focus less on input and more on output (what you are producing), but do not focus on outcomes as its not in your control

Limit how much your work on, you do too much too quickly. Work on stuff what matter.

Understand the difference between deep work and shallow work.

Its similar to “the one thing”
